Objectivism recognizes the theory-practice dicotomy is itself a theory. The dicotomy comes from a breach between concepts and percepts. When the logical relationship between concepts and percepts are divorced, the correlation between thought and action are sundered. When the expected result(s) differs from the actual result(s), the contradiction is camouflaged inside the rationalization that "it is good in theory, but not in practce."
